Our Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Stellar Lab & Training Center, we strive to be transparent and fair. We understand that plans change, and we aim to provide flexible solutions for rescheduling while maintaining the professional standards required for our certified DNA testing and medical training programs.
CPR Course Windows
Cancellations for CPR courses must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a refund, minus a small processing fee. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
Nurse Aide Fees
Nurse aide skills competency testing fees include a non-refundable registration and equipment setup fee. Rescheduling requires a 7-day minimum notice to avoid full forfeiture of testing costs.
No-Show Conditions
Participants who do not show up for their scheduled testing or training without prior notice will forfeit all registration fees. Emergency cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Lab Service Terms
DNA testing and specimen collection fees become non-refundable once the collection process has been initiated or the specimen has been dispatched to the laboratory for processing. Refund requests submitted prior to specimen collection are subject to a standard administrative fee. No-shows for DNA testing appointments will forfeit the entire testing fee, as resources and laboratory windows are pre-allocated for your technical evaluation. In cases of insufficient specimen quality requiring a recollect, Stellar Lab & Training Center will provide one follow-up collection at no additional service cost, though laboratory processing timelines may be extended.
